Return & Refund Policy
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not totally stoked about your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. If your golf balls have seen more cart paths than fairways, we probably can’t take them back — sorry.
To start a return, shoot us an email at support@niblicksgolf.com with your order number and what’s up. We’ll get you sorted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and check it out, we’ll send you a heads-up and process your refund to your original payment method. It might take a few days for your bank or credit card to process it — so hang tight.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order shows up looking like it went 18 rounds with a lawnmower (or you got the wrong item), email us ASAP at support@niblicksgolf.com and we’ll make it right.
Non-returnable items
We don’t accept returns on gift cards, final sale items, or any product that’s been used like a range ball.
