Welcome to Niblick’s Golf! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for using our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms — so read ‘em carefully.

1. Using Our Website

You agree to use this site for legal, legit purposes only. Don’t try to hack, spam, scrape, or misuse any part of it — we’ll have to shut you down and probably make fun of you.

You must be at least 18 years old or using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’re confirming that:

  • You’re authorized to use the payment method

  • All info you give us is accurate

  • You understand that once an order is placed, we might not be able to cancel or change it depending on timing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, sketchy activity, or if the product is out of stock or mispriced.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most places in the U.S. (and maybe beyond — depending on how cool your country is). Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or your buddy giving you the wrong address aren’t our fault, but we’ll do our best to help.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our full return policy is [linked here / found on the Return Policy page]. Long story short: you’ve got 30 days, items must be unused, and you can’t return balls you’ve already shanked into the woods.

5. Product Info

We aim to show accurate photos and descriptions, but slight variations may occur. The colors, packaging, and features may change from time to time (but always for the better).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, logos, images, and product designs — belongs to Niblick’s Golf and can’t be used without our permission. Please don’t steal our stuff, even if your golf game is trash.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for any injuries, lost balls, broken clubs, or bruised egos that result from using our products or site. Basically, use common sense — we’re just here to help you have more fun on the course.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here, and your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
